Black Teas
Black tea is a type of tea that is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is one of the world's most popular types of tea, accounting for over 80% of all tea production.
The name "black tea" can be misleading, as the color of black tea does not refer to the color of the brewed beverage. Instead, it refers to the oxidation process that takes place during production. Black teas undergo a process called full oxidation, which gives them their dark color and bold flavor.
There are many different varieties of black teas available, each with its own unique characteristics and flavors. Some popular types include Assam, Darjeeling, Ceylon, and English Breakfast.
