At SensibiliTeas, we take pride in offering high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. We’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy

You can return any tea, tisane, or other product within 60 days of purchase. If you encounter an issue, simply return the item or unused portion (for teas), original packaging, and receipt for a refund or store creditβ€”no questions asked.

Key Details:

  • 60-day return window for all products.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags.
    • At least 90% of the product remaining (for teas) or 100% for non-tea items.
    • Must include original packaging and receipt.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method for merchandise price only.
  • Store credit: Available for returns without a receipt, based on current sale price.
  • Free return shipping: For defective or incorrect items (if notified within 7 days).

Some Restrictions Apply

  • Items showing wear, missing tags, or incomplete packaging may be declined.
  • Less than 90% (teas) or 95–100% (non-teas) remaining may result in a declined return.
  • Opened, expired, custom, or personal care items are non-returnable.
  • Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days for damaged or incorrect items may not be accepted.

Making a Return

We aim to make the return process as easy as possible.

In Person

Visit us at the Shirt Factory, located at 21 Cooper Street, Glens Falls, in Studio 106 (right next to the sea life mural). Our regular hours are Wednesday to Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. However, please note that hours may vary as we assist in caring for an elderly relative with Alzheimer's.
