Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. We strive to process orders promptly, with most shipped within 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days once your order leaves our facility. If you need your items sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost.Β 

Please note that weekends and holidays are not classified as business days. Delivery times may also vary based on your location and carrier availability. We utilize an on-site mailroom for shipping drop-offs, which can sometimes lead to unforeseen delays, particularly when someone new is handling the route. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us, and we will arrange to drop your package off at a local facility.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Packaging

At SensibiliTeas, we are deeply committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. Wherever possible, we use recyclable and biodegradable materials for our packaging and shipping. Additionally, we reuse packing materials from incoming shipments to minimize waste and lower our carbon footprint.

When choosing packaging for our teas, we carefully evaluate three key factors:

  1. Affordability – While there are many innovative and eco-friendly packaging options available, some are prohibitively expensive. We strive to keep our products affordable, which requires balancing quality with cost management.
  2. Convenience – A few years ago, we introduced biodegradable bags, but feedback revealed they were difficult to open and prone to zipper malfunctions. We listened and adjusted to eliminate unnecessary frustration for our customers.
  3. Environmental Responsibility – Even when biodegradable bags aren't feasible, we prioritize working with manufacturers who actively reduce or offset their carbon footprint. Additionally, we encourage sustainability by offering in-store customers a 10% discount when they bring their own containers for tea (this can be combined with other discounts). This initiative helps reduce packaging waste and promotes eco-conscious practices.
